On June 11th, 2013 meteorologist Sven Plöger was a guest speaker at the Adolf Würth Aircraft Hanger. In his presentation termed „Climatic Change – Good Outlook for Tomorrow?“ he spoke about the increasing change of the climatic conditions and the resulting consequences, as well as alternative options that would have a positive effect on the current situation. More than 200 visitors attended and listened attentively to this important subject that affects us all and is in general of high public interest.
It was a short stop-over that extended the list of celebrity quests at the Adolf Würth Airport by one name: Prince Charles landed at the airport in Schwäbisch Hall in the course of a visit to Schloss Langenburg on May 27th, 2013. His nephew prince Philipp of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, his sister Xenia as well as three representatives of the Würth-Group welcomed the Prince. Many residents of Schwäbisch Hall assembled at the airport to great Prince Charles.
